I had a very disappointing experience with hotels.com/tr and would strongly advise others to carefully verify every detail before booking.
I specifically searched for and booked a room for three people: myself, my fiancée, and my mother. The room listing and photos clearly suggested that the room could accommodate three guests, showing two beds. Based on this information, I completed the booking and paid in full. Unfortunately, after the payment was processed, I received the confirmation email and discovered that the reservation was actually listed for only two guests. This crucial information was misleading during the booking process. As a result of this mistake, we were forced to cancel my mother’s flight ticket, causing financial loss, stress, and significant disruption to our travel plans. We immediately contacted the customer support team, provided screenshots of the listing, and explained the situation in detail. Instead of acknowledging the misleading presentation of the room or attempting to resolve the issue fairly, they repeatedly requested additional documentation and refused to take responsibility. Despite the evidence we provided, no assistance was offered. What is most frustrating is that the booking information presented before payment did not clearly reflect the final reservation details. Customers should not discover such an important discrepancy only after they have already paid.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! An absolute disgrace. We specifically requested a room in a quieter part of the hotel. On the first morning we were woken up by loud noise outside our room from 6am - 8am, when we raised this reception told us "this is impossible" because they have sound proofing. We went to the room, I stood on the balcony and the staff pretended they couldn't hear me speak, thankfully my partner was there and called them out for lying.
On day two we returned back to our room to find the roof had leaked and was flooding our room, the bed was soaked the floor was wet and items in our suitcase were wet too.
That same evening, music suddenly started playing outside by the pool right across from our room at insanely loud levels. I can't emphasise enough how insanely loud this music was. It turns out the owner of the hotel had invited 30 of his university friends for a party at his hotel! They brought a giant sound system blasting music for around 4 hours straight. The staff kept saying it would end soon, hours later it was still going, most of the staff had left, the only one still there told us "It's the bosses friends there's nothing I can do" and the man behind the bar even told us that we have no right to complain because "this is tourism" and they're legally allowed to blast music like this until 1am.
Needless to say we checked out the next morning and got the money back for the rest of our stay. I wouldn't come back to this hell hole if they paid me.

Didn’t really see the staff only from checking in , only one key to the room had to leave the door open for my husband to get back in the room , bathroom was dull , only one light in there , shower was grim , would I be back no

Very good location & friendly clean environment.
Very good location, close to all bars and restaurants and beaches. Quite well run hotel, bar man John is brilliant and very pleasant man. Breakfast is basic but tasty and something for everybody. It’s clean and cleaners clean everyday if you want it.
Pool is very clean and a great location to have a beer next too and relax.
If I was travelling solo or with a family member or friend I would definitely stay again.
