Family vacation

It was our third time in Turkye. All staff was very friendly, rooms are big, everything was clean. There always you can find what to eat, in every evening there is diferent food, so it's imposible to not find what to eat. The hotel is big, so you have to walk a lot to go by the sea but the view you see while going by the sea is very beatiful. There is also a bus who can take you to the sea. There is a children playground, tasty ice cream and home made lemonade. We are all happy.

The Perfect Hotel for People Addicted to Cigarettes

I am giving this hotel one star for a very simple reason: it completely fails non-smokers. Cigarette smoke is everywhere, all the time — on the beach, in the restaurants, around the pools, and in every shared space. There is no escape, because even a light breeze blows the smoke straight at you from all directions.
The so-called “non-smoking areas” are a joke. They are directly connected to smoking zones, so smoke drifts in freely. The only place where you can actually breathe clean air is inside your own room with the door closed.
Even the fitness instructors stand outside smoking between classes or right next to the pool entrance. It sends a clear message — smokers come first, everyone else has to endure it.
To be fair, the property itself is beautiful, perfectly maintained, the food is excellent, and the staff is genuinely kind and helpful. But none of this matters when you are forced to breathe cigarette smoke every single day.
A warning for TUI customers: if you choose a “land-view” room, be prepared for delivery trucks parking right under your balcony early in the morning. The noise will wake you up whether you want it to or not.
In conclusion: I can only recommend this hotel to people who are dependent on tobacco. If you care about clean air, health, or simply not being smoked out constantly — choose a different hotel.

Schlechter Service, Schlechtes Essen, kein Kinderhotel

über die Sauberkeit kann man sich nicht beschweren was die Zimmer betrifft, beim Essen gab es ständig dreckige Teller und ganz davon abgesehen das uns das Essen absolut nicht zugesagt hat. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
Keine Animation für Kinder, schlechter Service für Familien mit Kinder absolut nicht zu empfehlen !! Nie wieder
