Positive surprise

It was a big surprise for us. Not only the uniquely beautiful location of the campsite, but the overall ambience, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff impressed us very much. The owners make every effort to ensure guests a carefree stay. Even the young employee who was entrusted with cleaning tasks asked us about our satisfaction and open wishes. The owners welcomed us personally and accompanied us on our departure to the camper. I've never experienced anything like this before and I'd love to come back. Here you want to go on holiday!

Is this Sweden's noisiest camp site?

This is the worst campsite I have ever stayed at - SOOOOO noisy, super loud live music from 10 PM -01 AM in the morning (am not exaggerating here). This was a complete nightmare! I am all for summer fun and lively nights, but 01 AM is really taking it too far on a camp site full of families and people like myself who just want to get a good night's sleep following an active day, with the plan to move on early the next day.

Best camping in Kalmar!

Autumn season with caravan at this incredibly nice campsite with a beautiful location. Clean, tidy and a great staff.
Leafy places, nice sandy beach, popular playground, full service in the ice cream shop, good restaurant!
Lots to do in Bergkvara and throughout Kalmar. We will return, already booked the autumn season for 2025!

Camping with motorhome

Best campsite I ever experienced in Sweden. Lowon size, quiet surroundings, nice scenery, near the water and the sea, service oriented staff, very nice campsite hosts and clean service buildings. We always come back here. Already booked 159 for May.

Good location

Excellent location. Space to sit and eat when cooking in the kitchen is too small. Too little disk space. Boules out of order. Very limited TV channel selection. Nice walking area. Good little beach. The maintenance of the indoor golf courses has been neglected. Easy for the kids to fish.
