Nice clean hotel with great views. Breakfast was a terrible ordeal, with no seating, people tripping over each other and food options not so great.

Wasn’t prepared to pay 20 euro extra for the jacuzzi! A little slow help on the top floor, great receptionists, much more expensive parking than was promised. Good restaurants, kebab, sushi around the hotel.

Heads up re the above
Indoor and outdoor pool is a round spa - payable and expensive - they let your kids go in (without booking) then charge them to the room as an adult - refused to take the charge off (but changed to a child)
The bathroom shower was dirty on arrival - no body wash and with previous guests hair ball (reported and then give the shower a good clean). Also previous guest rubbish under the bed and chair.
Reception ride when reporting issues
Only the green ferry 286 is free to the centre - the orange flag is payable - mis-leading is you have no concept of flag system
Had to leave before breakfast - said there was nothing they could do - but offer Breakfast grab bags in the hotel description. If you don't do them - don't say you do!!!! Offered chargeable room service

Lovely stay

Me and my wife slept one night at the hotel. Very fresh, nicely located by the water, easy to take the boat into Stentorget. We are very satisfied.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very dog friendly hotel. Close to a regular ferry (free) into Gothenburg city centre.
