The staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. The garage was on site, easy to access and felt very secure.
We liked that the social spaces and that different card and board games were available. There were also seating areas on each floor, even a small balcony we could access from the corridor.
The only thing missing were USB portals in the rooms but we had our own plug in chargers so it didn't really affect us. The breakfast was very good and had lots of options, including for vegetarian and vegans. Loved the central location. Our room was quiet at night despite facing the street infront of it. No aircon but fans were provided. Excellent value for money!

Overall adequate but clean

Very good location for the University area. Good value for money. Very clean rooms and linen. Rooms bit small, breakfast adequate. No tea/coffee making facilities in room, and the dining area shuts it's outlet by 10pm. Biggest bug bear is the bathroom. Shower barely wide enough to take a person, no water containment, so entire floor gets wet and slippy, fixed overhead shower drips, causing your hair to get wet. Overall, insufficient room to put out any of your personal toiletries.

The room was clean and tidy. Perhaps a kettle could be included.
Breakfast was plentiful and very good.
The receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely perfect. One of best hotel experiences. I would emphasize - finally one hotel which has proper pillows, not straw filled socks.

The hotel was in the perfect location, the rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was 10/10. We brought our two dogs with us, and the staff made sure there were bowls and a bed in our room for them (but make sure to let them know in advance if you are bringing a pet). We will definitely be staying again!
