A Perfect Stay

Very friendly staff at reception, very efficient check in. Location was perfect as we were going to The Hall for a concert that evening. We ate in the restaurant before going out, delicious meal and the waiter gave us the menu in English, which we appreciated. Our room was on the 1st floor, in the annex, was during a heatwave, no AC, but did have a fan, was fine for a one night stay. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Enjoyed the continental breakfast with cooked sausage bacon and egg a welcome addition. We will certainly stay here again.

I was in my room An hour after I checked in and was in bed, a man entered my room with a key. I was scared and he was embarrassed. The woman at the front desk made the mistake. When I went to find out what was happening she apologized but then I was locked out of my room because the other man had the key. She had to redo the key. This is unacceptable.

The staff at this hotel are very kind and helpful. I had to communicate with the staff to get help to get to the hotel from the Zurich HB railway station. They promptly answered all my emails and gave me directions. They also gave us some suggested activities. We took their advice and did a day trip to Pilatus ( Alps). It was fantastic!

Don’t stay

Not great. Bad location, no air conditioning so was so hot and uncomfortable. Room was tiny. Wouldn’t recommend staying here

Only stayed for 2 nights, the pillows were way too soft, if we’d stayed longer I would have asked for extra pillows.
