To say this was a budget hotel we were quite impressed! Yes, it was no frills but it surpassed our expectations. A great location with excellent transport links and having the Geneva travel card thrown in for free really helped. We didn’t get this emailed though and had to go to reception to ask for it,

Clean room but very tight space. Had trouble with wifi usage for youtube. Room didn't have ac unit so had to borrow a fan. I am from the Caribbean so wasn't aware some hotels dont have ac in that side of the world. Nice huge mall across the street and only minutes from airport

Had a great stay and the staff weee so helpful. My trolley was kept for me at the hotel for up to 4 days when I had to leave town.

The hotel is kept at 78 degrees in the summer so be warned. Otherwise great price and location

fast check in, secured entry in the lift. great location, nearby by shopping center. City transport card were emailed 2 days ahead of check in, very professional. Great breakfast with many options available. There was no air condition in the room so felt stuffy a bit, luckily it was cold weather. The hotel is 8-9 minutes walk to tram station which goes to city center. overall, was good stay. will visit again. Thank you
