Fantastic Stay at Swiss Inn & Apartments!

Our family had a wonderful 3-night stay at Swiss Inn & Apartments in March 2025. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, yet in a peaceful area. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.
A huge thank you to Veronica, who was an exceptional host! She went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality truly made us feel at home.
The property itself is charming, with excellent facilities and a cozy atmosphere. It was the perfect base for exploring Interlaken and the surrounding region. We highly recommend Swiss Inn & Apartments to anyone visiting Interlaken and would love to return in the future!

Cheap sometimes comes at a premium...

The inn is in a more residential and quiet area, close to the center.
The apartment we rented was spacious and comfortable. However, there was a lack of cleaning (webs and other people's hairs...) and maintenance, minimal, ideally modernizing the bathroom.

Home away from home

This is our second time we've stayed at The Swiss In and apartments. We returned because we enjoyed the hospitality of the host Veronica and the quiet area its in. Close to train station, Interlaken west. Always greeted with a friendly smile and always went out of her way to help you with anything you needed. Whether it was sights to see, the best way to get from a to b, explaining how the onsite washing machine and dryer works (which was a bonus to have) . Last time we stayed we had a smaller Apartment but this time we booked direct and got a more spacious apartment with a modern kitchen. And still a nice touch with some little swiss chocolates.If we find ourselves back in Interlaken we will back again for sure.

Home away from home in interlaken

We had the bungalow type 2 bedroom, 2 wc at the back. It is very quiet and safe. Spacious and complete. We felt at home and were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend esp for family . There's backyard also, complete kitchen items with dishwasher . The laundry is 15chf access for whole day wash. There's a pingpong table also that my children enjoyed during our rest days. The host is supernice. There's even free yummy chocolates . The place is clean as well.

Great place and staff

Very nice place - neat and clean. Near to the stations and accessible easily.
The staff at the reception was extremely helpful. I am sorry that I do not remember the name of the guy at the reception but he was super helpful in making our plans for the boat trip.
