Clean hotel friendly staff and great breakfast very quiet the area

Located in a quiet and peaceful area and very comfortable the staff is friendly the rooms are very clean and the breakfast is simple but plentiful, if you want a quiet and affordable stay and the best choice you can make

The staff is rude, you can't leave the luggage at the reception, too expensive. Absolutely to avoid.

Aperitif for the first and last time

Terrible service. Waiter appears to be on a construction site as he was dressed. He was also obnoxious. Chairs, tables and toilets all very dirty. No environment, empty place. Terrace at the restaurant next door full but no one from them. Strange no

Pleasant,quiet ,authentic,well-run small hotel.

Stayed 3 nights .60 -second walk from main square in Locarno. Hotel is located in a small, quiet, pedestrian- only section of town. Room was small and simple but clean and comfortable.Good wifi, good bed ,good bathroom. I almost stayed in a 5-star huge Lakefront hotel,and I'm glad I found this hotel instead. Very well priced. It appears to be run by the owner and her son.

Wir wollten hier im hotel corona übernachten. Gut haben wir die zimmer vorher angeschaut. Ein wort: katastrophe. Der sohn der besitzerin hat mehr an gewicht als an schnelligkeit oder interesse an der arbeit. Summa summarum ein alptraum. Nie wieder
