We really enjoy our stay here. We had the room with the view of Matterhorn. Place is very clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful and kind. Staff asking us feel welcoming like come to stay with family. Breakfast is basic not a lot of selection which seems to be the norm across every hotel in Swiss that we have stayed. This hotel is situated on a hill, but the hotel provided two free pick up and drop off from train station. It is 20 CHF per trip if you want to use taxi during your stay . You can also walk up and down if you want to exercise. about 10 minutes walk up hill with a nice view.

An absolutely amazing stay! The property is well-maintained and has a wonderful "Swiss vibe" that our kids loved. It’s located just outside the town center—perfect if you don't mind a brief walk or taxi ride. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were meticulously cleaned every single day. We would stay there again!

Amazing views and a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We truly had an amazing experience and felt very well taken care of. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing view and staff

We enjoyed a beautiful Junior Suite with a chandelier and the most amazing view of The Matterhorn. An amazing place to enjoy my birthday.
The staff were excellent and easy to communicate with. Breakfast was very nice and the coffee exceptional.
We would definitely return.
I must add, it is a little distance from the station and town and uphill. We enjoyed the walk, but you can get a taxi which you can buy vouchers for 20 CHF. Taxi to and from the station was provided as we stayed 2 nights.

It was wonderful everything was perfect. The location makes it easy viewing of the town accessible. Good location for pictures. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was a plus and good food as well. The room was spotless. I would definitely come back to this hotel
