This hotel is beautiful. Despite some negative reviews, I booked and was thrilled. Great service and just a beautiful hotel. Everything was great. Room was large and comfortable. Lobby was amazing. I can’t say anything more about it. One of the nicest I’ve been to many many 5 star hotels - this one is great

酒店环境非常好，前厅小朱特别贴心，会主动为我解决问题，入住期间房间水压有点问题 小朱主管第一时间叫来工程部并且自己也亲自到房间为我处理 本来没有多大的事情 但是她一点都没有敷衍 非常贴心的道歉和及时的处理 真的这个态度很难得 很不容易 点赞👍

第一次入住这家酒店就被细节打动！酒店接待人员竟然主动记住我们的姓氏，每次路过都会微笑问候。房间提前布置了欢迎水果和手写卡片，夜床服务也很贴心地放了温牛奶助眠。早餐的煎蛋火候完美，退房的时候礼宾还主动帮忙搬行李到车上——这种无压力的舒适感，才是真正的五星级体验。”

来恩施旅游从网上看到的这家酒店，酒店开业一年，从大堂的石材到客房的全智能化系统，每个角落都长在我的审美点上！我们住店客人还在一楼享受到了128元的海鲜自助，顶楼酒吧的落日视野绝佳，夜晚喝上一杯鸡尾酒，超级适合拍照发朋友圈。

没想到酒店能把在地文化做得这么生动！酒店大堂的背景融入了当地西兰卡普的元素，早餐有恩施地道的豆皮和油香，酒店员工态度友善亲和，给我推荐的楼顶烧烤吧，烤鱼和小龙虾味道很赞，还特地点了二楼中餐的腊蹄子，最重要的是性价比很高，下次来恩施首选九洲。
