It's a lovely hotel. Great location. The metro station is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Reliable service. The room was on the 22nd floor. There was a beautiful view of the city.

酒店鄰近中央大街步行街，地鉄2號線工人文化宮出口4在酒店約30米，乘坐地鉄往返市中心景點如松花江及太陽島快捷方便。酒店外觀及房間整體美觀，入住房間寛敞寧静，景觀開揚。早餐食品豐富多樣及美味。下次冬季再遊哈爾濱會再入住。

简直就是大快捷酒店，大堂low见底，只是充当有这些设施，完全用不上的冷清，屋内木制地板，楼上一推凳子，楼下震的要死；走廊阿姨推车，哐哐的，一大早就被吵醒；整个酒店充满着各种节能，晚上转门不转，要走侧门，屋里纸巾就是楼下小店那种小方巾；洗澡水会浪费你多出1/3的时间，水流这个温柔，要是着急千万别洗；再说说早餐，那么贵，是因为没有人的原因吗？各种粥底儿，汤底儿，水果就一层，菜都不敢多夹，生怕后面的人没菜吃，真是大东北的小家子气，真心不推荐，大家一定要躲坑啊

关于隔音问题：
我们已成立工程小组全面排查客房隔音结构，将于本周加装地板减震垫层，并优化家具隔音包裹；同时保洁作业时间从8：30调整为9:30后，增加推车静音轮、客房部操作规范培训，避免高频噪音时段扰客。已为您备注特别关怀服务，若再次光临可联系前台领取免费耳塞

关于设施体验：
旋转门运营时间延长至22:00后夜间侧门开启（需符合消防规范）
本周起全面升级客房纸巾标准，卫浴设施逐步升级。
关于餐饮服务：
早餐时间周一至周五早7:00到10:00 周六，日为7:00至10：30，如有事耽搁请联系前台提供免费打包早餐，早餐团队即日起实行"动态补餐机制"（每15分钟巡检补餐台）。如发现问题及时沟通餐饮服务人员，我们会尽快达到您的满意。

这次入住体验超出预期！一进大堂就被明亮大气的装修风格吸引，前台工作人员热情专业，办理入住快速又贴心。房间干净整洁，床品柔软亲肤，躺上去瞬间驱散了旅途的疲惫。智能设备齐全，灯光、空调都能一键操控，仪式感满满。早餐种类丰富，中西式餐点应有尽有，现煮的面条鲜香可口，尤其是杨姐和郭姐服务热心，带给我们很好的体验。酒店地理位置也很棒，周边购物、餐饮方便，步行就能到达景点。性价比超高，下次来还会选择这里！

前台MM服务热情周到，早餐特别丰富，房间很干净，服务周到热情，本来我们定房间两份早餐的房间。前台美女见我们带一个孩子，免费升级到儿童房，视野和房间特别好。又免费赠一份早餐，办理入住给了很多建议。不得说一下房间隔音好，很安静。商务和出游必选，交通十公便利，离地铁站2号3号线步行不到三分钟就到站!!!下次来哈尔滨必选!离中央大街只有三站。推荐出门游玩选择～
