房间特别干净，设施都很新，周围都是好吃的店，离美食城很近，隔音也很好，前台接待也特别有礼貌，肥肠满意～下次还来

这家酒店服务态度有问题，第一天晚上入住的，前台像个机器人在办公，带着孩子办理入住，打招呼也不理，第二天换了个接班服务员，问她酒店有没有牙签，她来了句我们这是酒店不是餐厅，态度一如既往的不友好。期间还一直给我发微信要好评，我觉得做的好都不用说，既然出来就想开开心心玩高高兴兴回，这家酒店就算以后来也不会选择了。

尊敬的宾客，感谢您对酒店的点评！对于您在酒店入住期间的经历，我们深表遗憾，这两天也深入调查过没有发出现此类问题，牙签，剃须刀拖鞋，一次性口罩、酒起子、针线包等等平常生活中能用到的我们都准备了，之前客人都用过，我们也不会说不是餐厅就不给，两个班工作人员也没有发现有任何客人需要牙签......下次入住您可以直接告知前台相关不满意的方面，小店也会继续努力，不断提升服务品质，希望不会影响您之后行程的心情，希望下次您来能给您带来更好的入住体验，记得要开心哦！

虽已退出华住但还是原来配置算是，无早餐，早晨起来对面就是辣子王牛肉面，能吃牛肉面的还是比较哇塞的。有洗衣机双床房房有点小建议大点的房间

太吵了，看到服务员的脸跟欠他钱一样，板着苦瓜脸，座个破凳子还不叫座，我开了这么多房间花了这么多钱，她说我山里人，没得素质

尊敬的宾客，非常抱歉没能让您拥有满意的入住体验！酒店有必要解释一下！首先您入住的三楼有好几间，因为夜晚喝醉吵闹声很大，一层楼有一半的客人都投诉了，所以我们才会去不间断的敲门，希望你们能声音小点，影响其他客人休息；其次，你们一行好多人楼上不让吵又跑到楼下大厅，没有经过我们工作人员的容许就搬走收银台的凳子大厅沙发脱鞋打牌。。。。。。。我们要怎么办？出来旅游，稍微的照顾一下周围人的感受，毕竟这是公共场所，最后愿您在旅途能遇到您喜欢的酒店！
