Excellent customer service from the front desk ladies to the door man. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. I totally enjoyed my stay here. Room is very comfortable with the necessary amenities. Location is fantastic for exploring nearby attractions. Highly recommended !

1. This kind of price is not worthy of this kind of room. The room is pitifully small. It is too different from the pictures posted by the hotel. It is incomparable. 2. The sound of running water from the sewer pipe makes it impossible to sleep all night. 3. The room is not clean enough Okay, lying on the bed is itchy all over, I haven’t had a good rest all night 4. The service is not good, the hotel checks out at 14:00, and the door card cannot be swiped to enter at 12:00 noon. Do you want to continue the stay, but when you ask when to check out, you are speechless

It is very close to South Putuo, come down from the hotel, take the shortcut on the left and go down the steps. There is a convenience store at the entrance of the hotel, which is convenient for shopping, and it is not far to walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. Overall, it is convenient.
