Breakfast

Stayed in hotel and attended breakfast where I was attended to by Dipa, who was very helpful especially with our baby. Very pleased with the service.

In general, staffs are lack of training, some of staffs are even rude to customers. Never experienced anything like this with anywhere with sofitel. I don't normally write any reviews. However my experience in this China trip with sofitel is really bad

Overwhelmly happy

Dipa is the best !! Such a lovely young lady . This place is blessed to have her . I’ll be back next year and will stay in this hotel .

Our Wonderful Stay at Sofitel

Ms Dipa was our server at breakfast during July 23-24, 2026. She was extremely pleasant and patient . Her smiles were so welcoming to everyone who walked into that room. It was one of the best experiences we had during our stay at Sofitel. We will definitely come back.
