The location of this hotel is excellent, the owner is very friendly and the guests are very nice. The environment is very beautiful, very clean, tidy and very comfortable to live in. Location: In the back mountain of Tengchong, near Zhongtian Temple, it is only suitable for self-driving, because it is going around the mountain road. The car can only park in the parking lot outside the scenic area. The inn is inside the ancient town, and the lanes are very narrow, so it is difficult to drive in. There are two big and big downhill roads from the scenic spot to the inn. It is not suitable to carry too much luggage. It is best to only have a backpack. The box is easy to drag and it is really too difficult to walk. The small courtyard is the kind of renovation of an old house, and the keys are still used. I see most of the decorations here are like this. But the service is really average. Before booking, I confirmed with the store that we can use Ctrip's room upgrade rights, and we went to take us to a corner room, a small room next to the main building, which was gloomy. I told the housekeeper about the upgrade that was agreed yesterday, and I showed him the chat records, and he said that there were no houses left, and that he would upgrade me if there was a house tomorrow. I think the houses are all vacant, and they can also book other types of rooms on Ctrip. It's really speechless, and it feels a bit tricking you to come and talk. Later, I contacted Ctrip and helped me change to the parent-child room in No. 2 courtyard. They said it was the best suite. To be honest, I really didn’t need it. The room was big and cold. There were two super big bathrooms, and the air conditioner couldn’t help it at night. No, we put the quilts of the two beds together so that it is not cold. We went out to visit the ancient town, and called again to let me walk around in the ancient town, and I can check out and change to another house. This one is even more speechless. One is that we have already checked in. We are here for travel, and we only stayed in the ancient town for one night. The previous things are already unhappy, and we are very annoyed when we are asked to find another house later. The second is that your inn is in the back mountain, and you have to carry your luggage to find other houses, and the road in the ancient town is difficult to walk, so it is impossible for us to waste all our time here. In fact, as long as it is not the house on the corner, I will not necessarily change it. After changing the parent-child room, I also told Ctrip to live like this. I don't know how to get me to change hotels. Is it because I am already unhappy, and I am afraid that there will be bad reviews and let me check out? At 10:30 in the morning, I called the butler to help with the luggage. The butler said that he hadn't gotten up yet, so he just asked me to put the key in the door. I insisted on asking him to help with the luggage. On such a big hillside, we really can’t carry so many things by ourselves. We obviously have a battery car, and we can go up with it on our backs. It’s so convenient. We were already out of breath when we climbed up with our backpacks, and we couldn’t drag the suitcases at all.
