Pleasant stay here. Room was comfortable and clean. The staff spoke good English when I checked in which is helpful. The only thing I would say is it would be nice to get more than two waters in the room but that’s pretty common.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Misleading, Unprofessional, and Discriminatory Service

I am a Marriott Titanium Elite member, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.
First, the hotel misled me about room availability. The front desk insisted that my requested king room was unavailable, but I later checked the official Marriott app and saw that rooms were clearly still available. Only after I confronted them did they change my room. This felt dishonest and unacceptable.
Second, the front desk staff showed a very poor attitude. When I called to raise a complaint, the staff avoided responsibility and refused to acknowledge any issue. It was obvious there was internal coordination to deny the problem rather than resolve it.
Third, I experienced what I can only describe as discriminatory treatment. The staff’s attitude toward Asian guests was noticeably different compared to Western guests. The difference in tone and service was uncomfortable and unacceptable.
Finally, the hotel repeatedly asked for ID verification without justification. Even after my companion had already received a key and entered the room, we were asked again to provide identification. This was unnecessary and disruptive.
Overall, this hotel fails to meet even basic service standards, let alone the expectations for a Marriott property. I would strongly caution other travelers, especially Asian guests, to reconsider staying here.

I don’t understand how a hotel will not allow guests to control the temperature of their rooms. The air conditioning system is turned off and you’re not allow d to cool your room.
So you do not get a good sleep because you’re hot all night. Can’t open windows, too noisy outside

Rooms are ok staff seems in a hurry and not explain stuff properly to me when asked for restaurants aroundbthe hotel since their restaurants close at certain hours.
No food close by.
Lots of trafficr noises from room 24 hrs a day more during peak hours.
Mini bar empty but have menu with prices for mini bar items.
Breakfast seems quite cold but ok could be worst.
Wont stay here again. Booked it in a hurry to meet with suppliers in the city.
