The reception was on second floor. It was a building shared by 2 other hotels. The receptionists were very helpful. The room was nice and clean. Hot water with good pressure. Aircon was good. We stayed for 2 nights, they didn't make up the room on second day. We asked for fresh towels when we came back at night, they changed it immediately. Free washer.

房间干净，挺大的，房间里没有纸巾，早上退房时跟前台提了，他说我没有问，我想这应该是房间的标配吧！在网站是看到有洗衣机和干衣机的，因为我们需要洗衣服，才选了这家的，但洗衣房里是没有干衣机的，而且洗衣机非常脏，最后服务员给了几个衣架，衣服挂得到处都是，房间里像升了万国旗，体验感很差。

跟着导航很方便就找到了，看起来附近是一条比较繁华的商业街，即使晚上10点半了也很热闹。二楼办完住宿手续就到了25楼，感谢酒店帮我们把普通亲子房升级成了套房。进了房间左手卫生间，干湿分离，智能马桶，右手是一个衣柜，往里走是客厅，有电视沙发和茶几，窗户很大可以俯瞰奎屯夜景，可惜要是玻璃能再擦干净点体验就更好了。卧室空间很充足，一大一小两张床，一个电视一个置物柜一张小茶几和两个软凳，建议在床边增设挂衣服的地方。房间是中央空调很好用，出风利索，床品也很干净，一进房间就是一阵带有轻微洗涤剂味道的布草味，让人很放心。床很舒服，但是枕头偏软希望改进。整体很满意。

房間很大，洗手間很大，客廳很大，窗外能看到美麗的夕陽，第一晚住在奎屯，第二天去賽里木湖很方便，能減少車程，推薦入住！

酒店前台在二楼，需要坐扶梯上，客房在24、25楼，视野好，可以看奎屯全貌，房间干净整洁，停车方便，早餐是合作早餐店，粥包子样数多，包子特别好吃，卫生间二分离，比较方便，楼下有一个烤鱼店很火
