救命！酒店直接封神！刚到酒店，门童就热情帮忙搬运行李。走进房间，香薰淡雅的味道扑面而来，舒缓了旅途的疲惫。床品亲肤，还有多种枕头可供挑选，细节太到位了。到了用餐时间，酒店餐厅菜品精致美味，大厨还会根据口味喜好调整。晚上在恒温泳池畅游，惬意十足。全程服务贴心、响应迅速，这家宝藏酒店，冲就对了 ！

乐平天湖酒店服务确实可以，设施太差劲了，电视打不开、关不了，床头小平板都是塌的，卫生间的污水都往外溢。可怜前台的女生想把事情做好，这样的环境她也没办法。

开关电视机都要找工作人员也太夸张了点，走廊里没有人难不成还要跑到前台找工作人员不成？住个酒店所有的事情都找工作人员还不乱套了。出了问题不可怕，想办法解决，没有解决问题的意识光靠解释就是掩饰，下一个旅客来了还是这些问题。

停车还是比较方便，服务台的姑娘还是蛮热情的，详细介绍周边情况，提供了方便。房间有较重的烟味和装修味，虽然换了被套但被子还是有很重的烟味，建议定期晒晒被子枕头，给客人提供优质的服务。
