I had such a wonderful stay at Chinese Garden Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and immediately helped with our luggage. The check-in process was smooth, and not long after we got to our room, they surprised us with a lovely afternoon tea set. It came with tea and cute little desserts—beautifully presented and delicious. It really made us feel special.
One of the highlights was that the hotel offers a variety of traditional Chinese outfits that guests can borrow and wear while exploring the old town. It’s such a fun experience! If you’d like help with makeup and hairstyling, they also offer that service for an additional fee.
The hotel itself has a classic and elegant design. Our room was clean, well-decorated, and thoughtfully arranged. It even had a small fridge, a comfortable sofa, and a smart system where you can control the lights, TV, and curtains with your voice. I also loved the little details—like makeup remover tissues, a hairdryer, and even a curling iron. Everything was so well-prepared.
The location is very convenient. It’s just a short walk to Zhongyi Market and the entrance to the old town, making it easy to explore the area.
In the evening, around 9 PM, the staff brought us a bedtime snack right to our room, which was such a nice touch. Also, since the hotel is right by the road, it’s very easy to call a DiDi—cars can stop directly in front of the hotel.
Breakfast had a good variety of options, and they also served fresh coffee, which was a great way to start the day.
Overall, I was truly impressed with the service and attention to detail. 🌿🌿

If you are planning to visit Lijiang, staying here is highly convenient. The hotel is newly built, with spacious rooms that maintain high - standard hygiene and are well - equipped. The sound insulation is also satisfactory. Moreover, I am quite fond of the hotel's breakfast, which features local flavors. Although the ingredients may not be of the most luxurious kind, the taste is truly excellent. The afternoon tea is both aesthetically pleasing and delicious. Sitting in the courtyard while enjoying it is extremely comfortable.

This boutique hotel is tastefully designed and offered comfortable bed and bathroom. The courtyard garden provided the serenity to the surrounding rooms. The personal services offered- from check-in, room services, breakfast and afternoon teas - were both excellent and very well received by us. Special compliments to Ms. Lu and Xu who provided such professional and thoughtful service throughout our visit.

Their customer service is phenomenal, with my booking, I got free laundry service so that I left my dirty cloth in the basket, and when j came back in the evening,they smell fresh. Also stored my luggage overnight here, the receptionist offered me a cup of tea,after I got the luggage and was waiting for my taxi. The location is also convenient, right outside the town so that you don't have to drag your luggage after you get out of the taxi. I will book with them again if I came back
