This is a great hotel that exceeded our expectations. They have a very good team and we obviously felt the attentive service of the hotel front desk staff. They were very concerned about our feelings and greeted us kindly because we didn't have Chinese ride-hailing apps, and they were happy to help, especially thanks to Jeff, the front desk manager, who was outstanding. We were very comfortable in the room too. It had a nice view, comfortable bedding, good breakfast. Not only did the hotel provide a free bus to the pavilion, but the lobby also provided a very abundant food, which we were very pleasantly surprised. We found it very worth it. We will be visiting this hotel again in October. Very satisfied!

The service team is efficient, the service quality is excellent, we are very happy to stay here, the food here is very rich, the environment is beautiful, the transportation is convenient, the equipment here is also very perfect, the staff is very friendly, We felt very comfortable in the room, and we believe that they have received professional training. Room was big and clean. Location wise it’s far from the center. There’s mall connected to hotel but don’t expect much especially during weekdays. I wish they provide more variety in breakfast for vegan or vegetarian friendly people. Overall, you will enjoy the stay if you don’t mind travelling to other places by taxi.
