One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at is located in Qingdao. The service is fantastic, especially from the manager whose last name is Lǚ. The amenities are excellent, and the scenery is stunning and I would definitely return. I will recommend it to my friends.

We have visited Lalu a number of times over the past few years. On this recent visit we noticed a huge improvement to the service. We were assigned a personal manager named Lisa (5*) who kept in touch throughout the stay. She was very helpful, making sure everything was OK and very polite. The F&B manager was very attentive also. It is this kind of service that makes Lalu a world class hotel!!!!

Wonderful experience staying here. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Quiet , relaxing and great garden walk along the sea shore. Sunrise and sunset, you see it all!
