This is the best hotel I have ever stay. The stuff are friendly.the service are very good. The safety are the best the guard will round the area and the hotel.when you come to china. Can n try this hotel. When you come please do find this stuff蒋she will guide don’t worry you will get lost.😍😍😍

Deceiving online photos - nothing like advertised

Nothing like how it was advertised. Don’t be fooled by their websites or pictures online. Rooms are dirty and smelly, furniture falling apart. No privacy as you can hear everything from next door. Bathroom especially reeks of urines and other bad smells. Floor is full of marks and stains. Zero customer service as they didn’t explain anything about how this hotel operates or mention the amenities offered. The “spa” area is a total joke, bunch of individual plastic jacuzzi’s that are not even clean, and the hot spring is not natural.
This place is also very far from everything, needs a car to go anywhere. Dujiangyan is 30 min by car.
Very disappointed that we got tricked by their “amazing” yet extremely deceiving online advertisement.

Great respite from bustle of Chengdu

We stayed for two night so we could see the mountain. This hotel is couple of miles from mountain gate entrance. The rooms comfortable, good shower , nice bathroom, buffet breakfast has a varied good selection. Golf carts collect you from the main gate to transfer to lobby, although only a minutes walk good if lots of luggage. Two restaurants, the main one where breakfast is served and a selection of different nationality dishes, ok but only reasonable quality. The beef burger was more like a hunk of meatloaf in a bun ,the Nasi goreing -an interesting version. The Chinese restaurant on the lower floor serves lovely tasty freshly cooked dishes. We had 3 dishes between two and a couple of rice, more than enough for us. But- the menu is only in Chinese with no pictures. We borrowed a menu in the afternoon, used our translation app and worked out which dishes we wanted. Ordered by counting through and pointing, I.e. page 5. 6th dish down and point! This worked well and we got what we hoped for!

The hotel business is very good. One day before check-in, we received a phone call from manager Liu Tao to see if we have any check-in needs. When we arrived, a sightseeing car took us from the parking lot to the lobby. It is indeed difficult to distinguish the service. The hotel rooms are not amazing in this price hotel, but the hotel's private garden is really worth the fare. Thank you for the hotel's service, and I added chicken legs to the manager Liu Tao. Next time, I will do a second brush.

In order to combine the characteristics of medical and health preservation, the hotel specially planted a large number of health-preserving Chinese medicinal materials in the park, such as Radix Isatidis, Chuan Fritillaria, Astragalus, Dendrobium, and Honeysuckle Wait, it's a proper Baicao Garden.
