The staff here were exceptionally friendly, especially 高山 and the young lady, who truly made me feel at home. Their warm and thoughtful service ensured my stay was nothing short of perfect. They went above and beyond to help me plan my travels and even assisted in sending my items back via express post, making everything so convenient. The young lady brewed the most amazing coffee I’ve ever had, adding a special touch to my mornings. The room was exquisite, impeccably clean, and offered a breathtaking view of 洱海. Watching the sunrise and sunset from there was an unforgettable experience. While the beautiful environment and stunning views left a lasting impression, it’s the outstanding service that will always bring me back. I will cherish these memories and stay connected with such wonderful people.

Great view of erhai lake. Got a bigger room but the staff mention that is close to the stairway and it maybe noisy so recommended for the middle room with a front view of the lake. Got breakfast for my 2 days stay too.
Overrall the stay was great. Quiet and peaceful. Weather was good too.

Amazing and super attentive host especially Jun Jun and another guy (we forgot his name). Breakfast was sent to room. Since there is no halal food, they replaced it with fruit and milk. The room view was picturesque. The rooftop view also super amazing. Location was great. Got washing machine and dryer which is very handy in winter. Plus it is snowy at Dali.

Great hotel with amazing lake view. Fantastic hospitality and very enthusiastic staff that is willing to help you out. Great for families, and is very near 心邸咖啡, which is one of the primary sunrise photo spots in Erhai.
