Really convenient location close to everything. We also got a room upgrade and they help us with ordering food. The room is spacious and clean. Very friendly stuff. Great value for money. Really recommend. We also got a gift at the end

Not the best hotel. Location wise, if you are spending lots of time in Yuyuan then is fine. It is near a Metro station, but the station closes very early at 11pm. The hotel facilities was not great, there is one night the lift broke down and we had to climb staircase, sound proofing was bad. The room layout was extremely weird with 2 big pillars inside the room.

A great place to stay in Shanghai! The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk from Yu Garden and other must-see spots. The room was well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop terrace is a hidden gem—perfect for relaxing in the evening while taking in the stunning city views.

Definitely one of the easy area to walk from. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. They are willingly to help us upgrade to bigger room. We love how easy to go to 城隍庙! Would definitely come back to stay here again when I ever visit Shanghai. Also it’s really walking distance to metro and The Bund!
