Hotel is clean, the staff is great, close to the metro but quite far to the city center

Beware, the manager of this property is a scammer. When I booked the room it was clearly stated the room was on floor 1, but I was given a room in the cold and humid basement. On the elevator it clearly says floor -1. When I reported this issue to this site they changed the description and told that I was given the correct room. The manager told me I have to pay 50RMB per night extra to get the room upstairs. It says special queen room but there is nothing special, even the bed size is 140cm, which you can't call queen size.
