A very pleasant experience right from the start, the ease through check in, comfortably maintained room temperature and clean environment, the property is extremely scenic, kudos 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 to the chefs at the restaurants for personalising Muslim meals for me, the service staff is very warm and friendly extending a rich hospitality experience, I will definitely like to come again with my family to experience this Grand Porperty Hotel.

The worst experience for ever

The host didn’t even ask if we need help to carry our bags. But asked us to drive away even I told him we just need one minute to drop our bags and check in as no any vehicle behind us. And his allow other two cars block the drive way. Front desk paused my check in to help other guest over and over. AC doesn’t work. Too many wrong signs in underground parking lot. No response for questions, no basic skill to process payment for member and foreigner credit card in restaurant. Same thing happen with room service on next day. Extra statement for nothing when I check out but front desk can not explain. Didn’t get free wine taste experience as app publicity.

It’s a nice resort . There’s nice evening outdoor bbq in Hilton hotel as well.

The service attitude at the front desk is very good. I commend Wang Haoyuan, the receptionist at the front desk, and Ma Fengjie, the manager on duty, by name.

The atmosphere of the whole park is particularly good, with mountains, water and wineries. The hotel has floor-to-ceiling windows with good views. The only downside is the service. The waiters are trained to be leaders who only care about the hotel, and other customers are not human except for the leaders. All services are fully coordinated by the hotel manager.
