出差到无锡 晚上办理的入住 酒店前台位置在十楼 整体给人感觉干净清爽 落地窗观感也很不错 下次有机会还会选择这里

很不好的一次旅行！空调没冷风不能自己设置，房间很脏，膈应很差，前台态度也很差！预定房间的时候，已经备注了，想要安静一点的，离电梯口远一点的，也很酒店前台打过电话说过，结果等我们去住的时候，前台说满房没房间了，给我们安排了一个电梯口的房间，特别特别吵！可我们在网上还是能看到有房间能预定的！然后房间卫生非常差，我们躺在床上，抬头一看，不知道多久以前的住客留的毛巾居然挂在中央空调上！而且！！！！！这么热的天，空调没有冷风！没有冷风！没有冷风！！！！只有送风！说是集中管理不可以调节！我真的cnm 了！！

尊敬的宾客，很抱歉给您带来了不好的体验，毛巾确实是客房大姐做房内保养时遗漏了。空调是没问题的，可能刚打开房间又大温度下降没这么快，接近四十度的气温，如果是自然风的话，试问能呆的住吗?

房间很大，两居室，适当隔离，挺适合家庭多人入住。
附近是湿地公园，早上可以去散步跑步，蛮舒服的。窗外一片绿地，较难得。
这应该是写字楼改造的，配套设施不能要求太多。洗漱台和马桶都比正常的矮些，需要习惯一下。

房间空间很大，很少有2张1.8米大床的。酒店比较新，整体卫生也比较干净，地下停车方便，各项设施齐全。入住前还发了小贴士，挺好的

店家服务超棒，提前加微信发来了入住小贴士，并提示到店前来电，给提前打开空调，及时享受清凉。酒店卫生洁净，被装干净，客人可享受五星级服务，免费升级了房间。停车免费，地面有充电站，是驾车旅行绝传住所。
