Highly recommend!

I got a bit lost on my way in and went to the wrong area and the lady who helped me at the workers base was nothing but lovely and helpful. I stayed in one of their tents and it was beautifully presented with very comfy bedding and linen. The shower block was very clean and the views were stunning!
I would say the kitchen supplies were run down and a bit outdated so you will definitely need your own supplies but that's my only tiny grumble. Felt very safe for a solo female as there was signal/ wifi if needed but I love to switch off!

Eco camp needs a revamp.

Our caravan sites were difficult to access. Staff not available on arrival to show you where to go or help with difficult access due to narrow road and sites located in close proximity to trees. Staff were smoking near the camp kitchen. One staff member appeared to be under the influence. Not allowed to have a contained fire in the morning, however staff were burning leaves and branches. No soap available in the mens bathroom for 3 days. Rubbish bins overflowing. Wifi was patchy. Carelessly maintained. Very disappointing.

10/10 stay

We recently stayed in the glamping tents at 1770 Eco Lodge, and let me tell you we were absolutely blown away with this stay. The most incredible views, peaceful site and comfortable and spacious tents, and a quick 5-minute drive into town. We had a large tent with 2 comfy beds, fans and electrical ports. There is even a pool overlooking the beautiful hilltop view of 1770 and Agnes Waters. I couldn’t recommend this stay more, thank you

Would stay here again

This camp ground is an awesome place to stay, camp kitchen has a pool table, couches , ping pong, a mad fire pit. The ground is well maintained, also providing fire wood , the bell tent was so cool and comfortable to stay in, Will def stay here again,
