Good Location but Car Parking is getting to be tooooo expensive!

Overall good location and comfortable rooms. The team of staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall satisfactory - but don't make car parking another revenue stream!

Convenient and comfortable

Stayed with Avani at Boxhill due to an appointment at the hospital which was literally a 5 minute walk, this meant I arrived relaxed and well rested.
I was upgraded to a suite which was more than adequate with views over the local park.Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchenette.

Very impressed

I stayed here during a recent work trip and was very impressed with the room - spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional and the location was great - just a quick walk across the road for dinner with friends and breakfast in the next-door cafe. The only negative was I didn't get to stay longer - looking forward to my next stay when I can hopefully check out the rooftop pool and spa!

Bad , ripped off

Paid about 700 for 4 nights then gets charged almost 500 for cleaning fees after - pathetic - could have gone another day elsewhere. NEVER RETURNING AGAIN!!! And I don’t recommend anyone go

The charge after your departure was for outstanding items including car parking, meals and extra cleaning fees which included evidence of smoking. A detailed invoice was sent to your email address.
