InterContinental Brisbane – TripAdvisor

During my recent stay at InterContinental Brisbane, I was very impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the team. In particular, Mimi and Kris made a lasting impression with their warm and thoughtful service.
Travel does not always go exactly as planned, and I greatly appreciated how they remained patient, approachable, and genuinely helpful during a more complicated situation. Their calm and caring attitude made the experience far less stressful and reminded me how much excellent hospitality can positively influence a stay.
Thank you to Mimi, Kris, and the entire team for providing such a welcoming experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

Great location, walking distance to anything you want, including public transport to go further out. The breakfast was delicious and we had the lounge added on which was 100% worth it! Afternoon tea, pre dinner drinks, exceptional service. The rooms are tidy but make sure you report any issues. We had a few but they were fixed almost immediately.
