New with all the stuff.
This is a beautiful little place in the south east of Tasmania, would be really good if visiting Hastings Caves.
Upon arrival we were handed lovely warm scented towels for our face and hands as it was a cold afternoon. Our room was smallish but had more modern appliances than we are used to.
The hosts here are fantastic and caring.

Whilst the Studio Villas are on the smaller side, they do attract couples looking for an intimate escape. Driftwood also offers a One Bedroom Bay View Villa which is larger for couples or families looking for more space.

the most thoughtful accommodation I have ever stayed in
This was the most thoughtful accommodation I have ever stayed in. The friendly and helpful reception from Gary was so welcoming when arriving in the dark. Every single thing in the room is such high quality and so clean it feels like a lot of thought has gone into making this the nicest experience. Fresh oranges to squeeze, deluxe bedding, beautiful decor, minibar of full size bottles of wine at wholesale prices, the towels and warmer, the toilet!! I could go on and on. It is a beautiful location to wake up to see the view of the bay but honestly the experience for us was all about the room. Thank you so much, it was just what we needed.

Highly recommended.
Everything about our stay was amazing from the communication to the beautiful quiet location. The room has everything you would need and even more. Well presented, very clean and all the extra touches to make it feel special. We would have loved to spend more time here if time permitted. Highly recommended.

WOW, just beautiful and the view...................
We had such a fantastic stay here — it truly had everything you could ask for and more. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought had gone into making the space comfortable, welcoming, and easy to enjoy.
The place was beautifully presented, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped. Every little detail had been considered, which made our stay completely stress-free. Whether it was relaxing, cooking, or just spending time together, everything we needed was right there.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. It’s rare to find somewhere that ticks every box, but this place absolutely does.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and will definitely be recommending it to others!
