Excellent value for money.
Light in room needed repair. No microwave in room - knew this, but to omuch hassle to go to common kitchen area.

Good for overnight, not extended stays

Location is good. I found exiting the inn confusing. Very difficult if you wish to drive towards city centre, as they are an abundance of NO RIGHT TURN signs. Be aware rooms are on multiple levels, no lifts, car park is the same, very steep in parts. Staircases are exterior in most places and lots of them.
Customer service is very hit and miss, we experienced both extremes unfortunately. Sometimes reception was unmanned.
Inside the rooms was above my expectations for price, but daily room service was well below my expectations. Bed was just re-made despite obvious spill marks.

Treat yourself to well priced, convenient accommodation on the North Shore.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and well appointed. It was very convenient for public transport and reasonably priced.

Very old, shower had mold and leaked. Hot water took 5 minutes to get hot.

Convenient location and clean

Needed to stay close to Royal North Shore Private Hospital for one night and it was good. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and location great.
