Well worth the stay

The location to the Blue Mountains was a good walking distance. The room was well catered for and extra tea and milk was always available. Access to a laundry in the hall was excellent and the car parking was also great. You could hear the train and people in the next room going in and out, but this was okay as we did not go to bed early. Town and eateries were also close. I would recommend this to my family and friends if they were on walks to the Mountains.

Great stay

Great stay. Fabulous location making it easy to walk into town for a bite to eat or to do some shopping. The unit was very comfortable had everything you need for your stay. And the staff at the front desk were very help and friendly.

Disappointing as not all features working in room.

Maintenance seems to be an issue. Air con not working in room and would have preferred to be moved to a room with functioning air con as it was middle of August and freezing cold. (Air con was advertised as a main feature of the room when booking). Other maintenance issues like bedroom light not working, plug slow to drain in bathroom sink, etc. Lots of stairs to climb to reach room - no lift. (would have been helpful to know as not mentioned on website).

Perfect location to Leura Mall.Parking included was a big plus as paid parking is all over the mountains area.Our room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
