The perfect place to stay

Location excellent rooms are clean and has everything you need the price is very affordable its a great place to stay so next time your in manly book in you won't regret it

Genuinely so awful. I couldn’t stay there despite having paid over $600 for two nights. The rooms are dirty, smelly and grimy and the accommodation is unsafe. As a single woman travelling alone I felt instantly nervous.

We had the PLEASURE of staying at this wonderful place in the apartment place towards the cozy small strees taking you directly down to the beach - maybe 150 meters - and the apartment had a very nice small garden and veranda - VERY kind and nice host - we will be back in 2027 and will be staying here again!!!!

Do not stay here

The accommodation was not as described or represented on the Booking.com website and was wholly unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, the property was uninhabitable for the following reasons:
Constant noise from air
conditioners
• Cigarette smoke from neighbouring rooms infiltrating our room
• No soundproofing - we could hear every movement and toilet flushing next door
Peeling paint and visibly poor upkeep
• Old, unsafe furniture
• A strong, disgusting musty/ animal smell throughout the room
Linen that was foul-smelling and
unhygienic
Extremely poor bathroom
facilities, including no soap holder in the shower and a basin too small to properly wash hands
The overall condition of the
accommodation caused me physical and mental distress, and it was not fit for purpose. Due to the severity of these issues, we were forced to vacate property early and incur additional expense by securing alternative accommodation.
Under Australian Consumer Law, accommodation services must:

• Be fit for purpose
These standards were clearly not met.
