I found the staff very helpful and friendly. It was wonderful to have the restaurant on the premises and the coffee was great. Wonderful to be so close to the tram and train station.

shower was very very small and could not buy drinking water at the hotel - helpful member of staff gave a glass of water.

Inconsistent and not up to standard

Initially thought "this is a great place" but over the time we stayed things changed that made it no so great. It is well located within walking distance to both tram and train, but sadly there is not much locally other that a very good pizza place around the corner. The room maid service was sloppy and inconsistent. They often forgot to replenish coffee and sometimes even forgot towels. There seemed to be no consistency with this service for a 4 1/2 star hotel. We often left the motel at 8am or earlier and got back at 3pm and the room was still not made up. This is a time for relaxation for me but we had to leave again while someone made up the room. On the first night we were there - no TV. They said it was a third party issue which I can accept, but it should not take 24 hours to rectify. The bathroom is poorly designed. It is open at the end where the water taps are and therefore water sprays everywhere in the main bathroom area. Taps are not labelled so to get the right temperature is very hit and miss.
