Staff are friendly, slow to check in due not enough staff, overall a great stay, restaurant meal was excellent highly recommend.

The hotel had old, musty-smelling carpet throughout, which was disappointing. However, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant food was average. On the plus side, the location is very convenient and close to everything

Dirty gross hotel with bloody mattress

Would not recommend this hotel, we got upgraded to a new room due to how dirty our booked room was, boogers smeared on the wall, dead spider, dirty hand prints all over the walls etc well our upgraded room while a little cleaner still very clearly needed a good clean but the last straw was when we went to go to sleep, the mattress was sooo uncomfortable and we realised it was because the "pillow top" was on the bottom so our mattress was upside down, we thought it must have been an accident some how and chose to just try flip it over ourselves, nope it was no accident they had flipped the mattress because it had blood on it
We also went down to eat breakfast one morning and waited an hour and a half for cold breakfast.

The first time I stayed in this place and never coming back. I got a dirty room and the heater was not working so that I had to sleep in a cold room and when I wanted to switch the room they told me that they are fully booked and they were very rude towards me as if it is my fault that the heater was working after 1 hour of discussion they finally gave me a room however the room was very dirty and smelled very bad I think they are doing some work in the floor because even the hallway had unbearable smell. İ did not wanna go and argue again and stayed in the room.I would not recommend staying on 17 th floor. I will never come back to this place.

Beautiful views of the city with corner room with corner floor to ceiling windows. Impressive value for the price.
