Spectacular view and an amazing stay for our proposal

I had my proposal here, the hotel was magnificent and the staff at concierge/reception were amazing and proactive throughout my stay. I had some aircon issues in the first night, which were rectified by the next day. The staff proactively asked me about the issue and gave me a hotel credit to compensate, which I was very pleased with. The photos don’t do the view justice, the opera house looks absolutely huge! The breakfast in the morning was also spectacular, a highlight of our stay. I’d like to shout out Ranyu Kin for helping me plan and execute the particulars of my proposal, she was fantastic and prompt communicator. This stay definitely became a lifelong memory for us!

Worth the splurge

Park Hyatt Sydney lives up to the hype! A great hotel that feels grand but intimate simultaneously. Great service, a solid breakfast buffet and a small but user friendly gym. Loved being here.

Hyatt Regency

Best location and customer service in Sydney.
The location over looking the Opera House and right on circular makes it possibly the best place for a short stay in Sydney.

The first and the last

HOTEL & STAFF ARE NOT COMMITED regarding the room charges when check in, did pay full amount for all room charges when checked in & when check out hotel ask me to pay another big amount for room charges that is totally different with the comittment. Maybe they are not welcome with tourist like us. ALSO, F COCKROACH IN THE SHOWER OF MY ROOFTOP SUITE. Big one….

We understand that finding a cockroach in the room is most upsetting and disruptive to your visit, and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused on this occasion. Please know that cleanliness and guest comfort are our highest priorities, and we do have regular pest control measures in place. Rest assured our Housekeeping Manager has arranged additional pest control services and a thorough inspection of the room.
Further, we regret the misunderstanding regarding the overall room charges. We note this matter was discussed and thoroughly explained to you by our Duty Manager during your stay and upon check-out. We remain committed to providing transparent communication and welcoming all guests equally, and we are sorry you were left with a different impression.
