The location is good. The hotel is on the older side. The showers are terrible. It only has a aftermarket rainfall shower and it has hot and cold knob and it is not the easiest. The water pressure is terrible and it’s not easy to take a shower if you don’t want wet your hair. I booked the room almost a year in advance and they were not able to get my 3 rooms on the same floor but didn’t even seem like they tried. Overall it was just fine. The cleaning staff was great.

Absolutely amazing stay. I have a scent sensitivity and found the air freshener too overpowering. The staff were so helpful to assist me to a different room without the smell. Every single staff member was happy and cheerful including all of the housekeepers. Nothing was too much trouble!
Plus the convenience of the motel to Darling Harbour and the city was perfect.
Highly recommend the ParkRoyal

Excellent location near Darling Harbour within a 5 minute walk, staff were very polite and genuinely helpful.

The club lounge access was awesome. All the staff were friendly & helpful. The buffet breakfast was yummy. The room was clean & spacious. Great location & the views from the club lounge A+. Highly recommended & would happily stay there again.
