One of the best hotels in Lira. The Manager Sarah Odur provided outstanding customer service.
The restaurant was ok but could stand some improvement.

They need to train the staff on customer care to compliment the facility.

The hotel amenities are good and clean rooms.
The receptionist has no customer care.
As I was checking out sincebi knew and saw they accot visa payment, but asci asked hervi want to settle my bill she tells me the pda isn't working.
I ask her when I checked in you are supposed to to brief me on the changes she goes quiet.
The Ac in my room leaks throughout the night and the room is full of water.
The dstv in the room isn't working even after asking the reception if it first or it's not paid.
The food is excellent well done the chef.
I think they should check on maintenance and customer care.

We love staying at Lillian Towers. The staff is helpful and the restaurant is high quality and tasty food. They would benefit from a few updates, like their air conditioning units. But, we will always return when we are in Uganda.

Love them

This hotel was fantastic. Clean beautiful and very luxurious. The food was delicious. We ate outside the night was soooo pretty. Highly recommend this place. We only stayed one night. But it was great.
