Family run hotel in excellent location

Excellent family run hostel. Room small but comfortable. Excellent location walking distance all historic sites. Owners and staff very helpful and friendly. Picked us up from the railway station and delivered us back when we travelled on. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Samarkhand.

A very nice property for a Comfortable stay.

The Location of the property is great and the family which runs it is very nice and helpful. Farhaad is fluent in English and helped us in planning for itinerary and also acted as a translator. His brothers helped us in getting the train tickets and other things. The ladies of the house served great breakfast with a smile.

Superb! Quiet and excellent location .

This lovely, friendly little hotel/hostel exceeded our expectations. In fact, we had been let down by another hotel which confirmed our booking and at the last moment told us that the first of our three nights was no longer available! Their loss, our gain. The rooms are small, granted, but clean and comfortable with the limited space used wisely (hooks etc) and tasteful decoration. The breakfast was terrific and the family made us feel extremely welcome, picking us up from the railway station. It is a very short walk from the Bibi Khanym mausoleum and right opposite the Shakhi-zinda. Less than five minutes easy walk from the (touristy, but good) restaurant on the way to the Registan. (I would say that room no. 4 - our room - could do with a black-out curtain as the light in the courtyard and corridor, if left on, can make it tricky for some to sleep. I didn't mention this at the time as I thought that a language barrier might cause a misunderstanding)
