**Great Stay!** main highlight**Friendly and helpful staffs !**
Loved my time at this hotel. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful during my stay. My room was clean, spacious, nice paintings and comfortable beds. Breakfast was tasty with nice variety. the location is quite convenient by car to several attractions.
Highly recommend for travellers who need a good friendly hotel.

Awful!!! Avoid this place!!!!
Worst place to stay, I booked two rooms for two nights based on the photos, IT DOES NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURES, as soon as we checked in the Reception area was full of people staring at us and they give us ground floor rooms there was a Barbershop on the same level then I realised that people in the reception was from the barbershop they were loud a lot of mobile noises and as I looked out of the window there was the laundry room and laundry lines girls working and obviously noisy, couldn’t open the window 1 it’s was noisy and 2 I didn’t feel safe to leave the window open while people were sitting on the courtyard,
Woken up at around 6 or 7 because of the noise and work in the courtyard couldn’t sleep, and spoke to the reception and they were it’s ok , try cancelling the second night and get I refund but they refused to help or refund I had no choice but to check out as I wasn’t feeling safe, so in short AVOID this place,

您好，很抱歉我们的宾馆不符合您的入住条件。事实上在第二天你提出了退两晚房费，我们只能退您还未入住的一晚，并且提出给您补偿。您不同意。我们又提出给您换个房间，您也不同意。我们酒店不知道怎样才能达到您的要求。在此期间我们酒店经理在积极配合您，因为您早晨在洗澡，我们酒店经理一直在前台等您提出解决方案，最后您还是不吭声。我们没办法，只能跟你说抱歉想为您换房间。说了这么多，我想您也明白，希望您下次能与我们积极沟通，而不是沉默不语，背后又在这里写差评。

一直避雷中国人开的酒店，在乌兹别克斯坦从来不住中国人的酒店，这次因为常住酒店没房了。所以就抱着试一下的心态…..一进门桌上不知道是前任房客，还是工作人员休息过留下的垃圾。洗漱间没有杯子。早上起来没热水，想洗澡，被冷水给…..然后找前台，前台捣鼓一会儿有了。前台3位乌兹男士，一直在大声聊天。400元人民币不贵，但这实在是失望

您好，很抱歉酒店给您留下了不好的印象。房间里的塑料袋我们已经教育过打扫卫生的人。是她们黏在鞋底不小心打扫完卫生留在了房间。如果有任何问题都可以找前台更换房间。我们都会积极配合。在国外我们酒店很希望能帮助到中国同胞，给中国人一个落脚点。也希望我们中国的人的酒店越做越好。

Выбрали номер с видом на город. Но в окне смотрели на стену. Сантехника в душе была не исправной. В номере было чисто. Плюс еще обмен денег на ресепшен. Администраторы в отеле все доброжелательные.
