Nice city hotel.

Comfortable city hotel. Located close to the center and therefore all the attractions. We even walked a couple of times from the subway. Near the main road, you can take the bus. You can book a taxi at reception.
In general receptionists are very friendly, always help and prompt. Everyone speaks Russian. Special thanks for the staff!
The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable. Quality cleaning. There's air conditioning, water, tea, sugar.
Breakfast is modest, of course. But, as they say, "you can't stay hungry." It's fresh.
We spent all day exploring the city, the hotel was basically only coming back for the night and in that respect the hotel is just perfect

For unassuming tourists.

It was cleaned up, nice breakfasts. Responsive staff. The reservation was via the Island app, a tourist fee was prescribed on the spot, one amount, but we were charged another amount on arrival, more. Explaining that since the first of August, they have increased the tourist fee..
There was no hot water. I couldn't wash after the road(. Yeah, booked this hotel, because of the pool... But the pool wasn't working! There was no information about it anywhere, when you booked it. So it makes sense to specify if you want with a pool hotel.

Действительно с августа месяца были изменены правила туристического сбора указом правительство, сейчас вся информации конечно же обновлена. Также приносим извинения за отсутствие воды ввиду работ городских коммунальных служб.
Надеемся что несмотря на описанные в отзыве моменты вы снова посетите наш отель.

Mediocre hotel. I stayed a week and never managed to have Breakfast bevause of the very poor quality. Staff does not speak English and the overall cleanses of the hotel is poor

Good hotel with well appointed rooms at a fair price. Friendly and helpful check-in staff. Would stay again if I d=find myself in Tashkent.
