Very good stay despite some imperfections
We stayed at this property for 5 nights and from our experience some of the reviews from other guests are exaggerated or even unfounded. There are indeed several construction sites around the building that can cause some nuisance (especially if you want to enjoy the pool). Nevertheless, there is no noise at all times and in our room (304), we heard absolutely nothing. Moreover the reception had the honesty to warn us of the situation before our arrival.
Regarding our stay and the hotel itself, here are in our opinion the positives:
1) the reception staff (young ladies) and the Mr present at breakfast are TOP. Very smiling, always ready to help, fluent in English. We were helped very efficiently whenever we needed them (laundry, booking Cham Islands excursion, currency exchange, airport shuttle)
2) The location of the hotel is ideal, in the liveliest area of Da Nang and close to everything: the beach 100m, restaurants, shops and even the Dragon Bridge are not far (2km)
3) For 32€/night we enjoyed a large room with bathtub+shower cabin+king size bed. Room facilities were complete and toiletries provided. Breakfast was included in the room rate. We slept very well.
Areas for improvement include:
1) Maintenance of rooms and common areas: the room was generally clean upon arrival but was not cleaned during our stay. The cleaning ladies were content to replace towels, water bottles and toiletries. Da Nang being a seaside town, we brought sand into the room and it stayed the whole time . There was also a lot of dust on the blinds and in the bathtub, they had not been cleaned for quite a while.I specify that we did not report this to the reception (otherwise they would certainly have made the arrangements)
2) Many traces of wear all over the building: damaged or stained paint, claws on the walls and doors of elevators, very worn tiles in places, sun loungers of the pool with holes, etc. These are details but the hotel being recent (2024 apparently), I find it a shame.
3) Breakfast is generally good but better arrive before 9am because beyond that there is less choice.
In conclusion, we had a very good stay in a hotel certainly not perfect but offering nevertheless beautiful services and a good level of comfort. We would not hesitate to return in case of a new stay in Da Nang or recommend it to our loved ones

Terrible experience, construction sites next to and in front, neglected dirt, yellowed and gray linens, sad breakfast.
I don't understand why it is open... that place should be closed!!!

Really nice small hotel close to the beach and in a great spot close to everything you need. There is a bit of construction going on close by but it’s tolerable. Staff are great. Rooms were big, clean and very comfortable. More suited to couples. It’s everything you really need at a good price point.

Power Outages, Premature Room Cleaning, and Zero Responsibility
Experience was extremely disappointing.
The facilities were quite ordinary. What was most unacceptable was that during a summer heatwave of nearly 40°C, the hotel experienced two power outages in a single night.
To make matters worse, although the guest had not checked out and was still entitled to use the room until the official check-out time, the room was cleaned prematurely and the guest was not allowed to return to rest in it. The hotel's idea of "compensation" was to provide access to another room for a quick shower before checking out at noon.
The staff's attitude was equally disappointing. Communication was initially polite, but once legitimate concerns were raised, the tone became noticeably dismissive and disrespectful.
My biggest issue is not the power outage itself—unexpected incidents can happen anywhere. The real problem is the complete lack of accountability. There was no explanation, no apology, no meaningful effort to remedy the situation, and no indication that the hotel cared about the guest experience.
I would not recommend this property based on the service and handling of customer concerns that we experienced.

What a pity this hotel is next to 2 enormous building sites that work 7 days and all through the night. The room was clean and the staff were pleasant but there are no amenities and the location is no longer beachfront due to massive construction across the road. Impossible to sleep with the all night construction noise. Not worth the money they charge as they don’t mention the construction in their advertisement. The entrance from street is dirty and needs a good tidy and clean up.
