Disappointed Guest Here.

Hotel has no accountability. On our 1st day after checking-in, we left our cash in our luggage before leaving our room for Bana Hills. When we returned, it was no longer there. They retrieved CCTV recordings and claimed no one else entered the room, and yet our towels were replaced with fresh ones. We asked them to investigate the cleaners but they slammed us instead with their policy that they will not be responsible for any loss. The staff even gaslighted us by telling that if the cash were that important, we should've kept it in the safe or left it at the lobby for safekeeping. So, what they're saying is "as long as it's not in the safebox, their staff is free to take it." --- they also took my pair of red flipflops while we were in Hoi An because it's already missing when we returned. No wonder the room was cheap, they have means to earn extra from their guests. This is my first Vietnam visit. Centre Hotel Da Nang made sure to make it memorable.

Don't bother...

On arrival was told there was no option to purchase breakfast, contrary to what the booking site said. Room had two windows, one with a view of pipes and air con units, the other a view of an internal corridor. There was bizarrely a big viewing window of the bathroom from within the bedroom. The bathroom was quite dirty too, could definitely do with cleaning and renovating. As if that wasn't enough, it became clear within 5 mins that we were right next to a major building site as the drilling started up and sounded like it was coming through the wall! Immediately left and booked elsewhere! The only positive thing was that the staff were very polite throughout and seemed to understand our disappointment.
