My first time in Vietnam & this was the perfect starter choice for budget solo travelers like myself to start after landing. It's a fantastic location once you get to know the area & learn how Da Nang works. The hotel was very clean, spacious, comes with amenities, etc. the staff is very friendly & speak decent English to communicate, check in is very fast & easy. There's much more but you can experience for yourself! Highly recommend.

Absolute no-go - stay away!

This hotel is a disaster - even for the price (very cheap).
Starting with the lobby, which is extremely dirty and uninviting, to the unfriendly staff/owner (only sentence: "you give me money"; not even a hello or anything like that), all the way to the room. This is absolutely run-down and dirty. From day 1, we no longer received toilet paper, and our towels were taken away (we had placed them on the bathroom floor because everything was flooded) and no new ones were provided. They were taken away from us because someone went into the room after(!) our check-in to inspect it (no, not room service!).
In the middle of the night, it is super loud and the cockroaches come out of their hiding places.

Cockroaches in the room

The dirtiest apartment we have ever been to - cockroaches in the room, little ants in the bed. No room service for a whole week. The floor was filthy and also the owners were a bit rude. They only cared about the money. Try to avoid this place! Very, very awful!

Two stars and a basket to clean the room with you.

Justifies the price. I don't know about the others, but according to the share price, they gave us rooms with flooded walls and damp. Friends had to ask for a room change because the smell of dampness and mildew in the air was simply not real. The room was replaced, but they didn't clean it, gave out a dirty room, starting with the floor, finishing with the bathroom. In general here if and settles on the shares , then do not wait for the number as in the photo, as they say waiting and the harsh reality will catch you with an unpleasant surprise. Kettle is available on request, hot water is available.
