BHA house was wonderfully accommodating- Sophia did a great job communicating and taking care of us. Bedroom was clean, water was hot, and everything seemed upgraded.

Completely Unreliable – Overbooking and No Support

We had a confirmed booking at this property, but when we arrived, no one opened the door.
After contacting them, they admitted via WhatsApp that they were overbooked.
We spent around 3 hours and money on taxi, and were left without accommodation at night.
This is completely unacceptable and unreliable. Do not book this place.
