Warm Family-Run Hotel in the Heart of Town

Lovely little hotel run by a family, which made it feel just like staying at home. The owner is super friendly and kind, always smiling and happy to help.
The location is great, right in the center, close to lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and only a few minutes’ go to the night market. We could use the kitchen for free, which was really convenient. The pool was clean, and the room was big and very clean, including the bathroom.
We really loved staying here and would happily come back again

Did not live up to our expectations. Noisy and not comfy enough to want to hang out at the hotel.

Good wi-fi. Affordable. Moped rental for 150k VND/day. Refridgerator with freezer compartment. Free water.

Very noisy (Sounds from the street 24/7. In the area dogs and cats makes the most heart wrenching sounds. If your neighbours opens/closes a door or pull out a chair it sounds as its happening in your own room.)
Two of the cutest dogs are kept locked in a cage most of the day.
Tiny ants in the room (You can not leave anything sweet out, keep it in the refridgerator.)
Not very clean, even though they ”cleaned” the room every day (Bed linens were not changed once during our one week stay. In all of the corners of the room, it’s very filthy. Discoloured sheets and towels. Stains on the walls.)
No bedside lamps.
The sunbeds are in constant shade and they are very heavy and unable to be moved. Quite filthy pool.
We did not get great advise from the staff (When we asked for assistance to order a birthday cake they delivered a box of chocolates. They told us there were no good massage places nearby, but only 600m away we found an amazing one.)
The area (There is no side walk and heavy traffic in this area. We experienced it stressful. There is not a lot of restaurants, mostly local shacks. No local beach to sunbath or take a swim. It’s a beach but more for fisher men. It’s very dirty, a lot of trash along the beaches here. Some small areas are ok where some restaurants are but not for swimming.)

A beautiful zen address

A very nice guesthouse in a beautiful setting, the owners are very nice. The room is large and well equipped. It is a small family guesthouse, it feels very zen. Walking distance to the city center allows you to rub shoulders with Vietnamese in their daily environment

Soulful welcome!

A beautiful hotel. Clean, cozy. The best owners are soulful, hospitable. Felt like a good home there. Came just on Vietnamese New Year, so the hosts for all residents organized a festive table with treats, and it was very nice. We, all from different countries, sat at the same table like a big, friendly family. Thank the hosts!
