Great location, great people, clean, safe

I stayed for two nights at the Antique Angel Hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and really enjoyed my time there. The location is perfect — tucked away on a quiet lane but just a short walk to the lively streets, cafes, and Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always ready with local tips or to arrange a cab. My room was clean, cozy, and had a nice vintage charm that fit the Old Quarter vibe. Breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty. What really stood out was the personal touch — they genuinely care about guests. Overall, great value for money and a lovely little base to explore Hanoi

Excellent hotel in Hanoi center

I had an excellent stay at Antique Angel Hotel in Hanoi. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made sure I felt comfortable. The room was spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.
It was also in the center of the city. Great accessibility ti everywhere.
Service was prompt and professional throughout my stay. Whether it was a simple request or assistance with directions, the team went above and beyond. Even the owner was kind, approachable, and genuinely cared about the guests’ experience.
It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of comfort, service, and warmth. I highly recommend Antique Angel Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi — Loved it.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay at the Antique Angel Hotel.
Reception staff are extremely friendly, they gave us a list of recommended food places and booked our Ha Long Bay cruise for us etc. Our room was clean and very pretty. Location is good, close to some Hanoi must-dos such as Banh Mi 25. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to others.

Fantastic Customer Service and Staff

Our group of 9 stayed in 4 rooms at the Antique Angel Hotel recently. We had a wonderful trip and Ritchie provided terrific customer service and gave us great ideas on things to do. The staff are polite and helpful, the breakfasts are fabulous and we would definitely stay here again.
