Don’t think you can get better location

Maya yes a little tired and could do with a bit of tlc
Set that a side a charming place situated so so well easily walked to and from the city spots !
Breakfast couldn’t fault it
Staff so so kind and helpful
Rooms serviced every day too
We have room 608 balcony on front street great to look down of the hustle and bustle
Would I recommend .. yes !

Excellent value excellent staff

Location was excellent with clean rooms and very good staff.
Mr Frodo was exceptionally helpful and friendly and very organised
Breakfast was more than adequate
This is not a big hotel but excellent value for the price

Great location and staff … but needs a refresh especially for longer stay

Booked for 5 nights and agree with other reviewers - great location and staff were extremely attentive, genuine and willing to help wherever possible. We booked room with balcony but changed due to noise of being above street (second floor) and smaller size compared to other rooms. Definitely not a 4 star hotel as we saw advertised initially (3 star instead) as rooms very tired and overall hotel needs a refresh and better ventilation especially in breakfast room.

Great staff

A great overnight stay. A clean comfortable room, but what made the stay was the reception team. The two young women were so kind, caring and helpful.

Nice hotel in a great location

We really enjoyed our three Night stay at Maya!
The Location is Amazing for exploring the old quarter. The Staff and especially Vy was extremely polite and helpful and Provided us with a lot of Information. They helped us with booking a cooking class and Transportation. The Communication was great and easy Face to Face as well as via WhatsApp :)
We arrived very early and After the Long Journey we could checkin early without any issues which we Are very thankful for!
The Room was clean. The Traffic Noise is always hearable but thats Alright with earplugs. After all, you are in one of Hanois busiest areas!
The breakfast was good as well!
Highly recommend this accomodation :)
